Banana Leaves, Part Two

I see that you were looking for banana leaves so I'm assuming you found them. I was watching Martha this A.M. and they used banana leaves to wrap an appetizer in before serving. I moved to Florida a few years ago and I am trying to learn how to garden all over again not to mention with different foods. I have a fig tree as well as several banana trees. We had to just cut down 3 banana trees because they were leaning over into a path. Do you know how or someone who know how I would freeze them?

Presently looking for banana leaves to prepare hawaiian roasted pork for a luau. Saw the recipe on the Food Network and printed same out from the internet. I'll need 10 leaves for this receipe. Your help is appreciated.
