Head. Hurts. Not. So. Good. At. This.
Oh. Yeah. So. Movable Type. It sure has, uh, a lot of templates! I haven't done any of 'em yet, I've been too busy setting up A NEW PROJECT which will be annouce-a-lated on Monday. But it will all be good and happy and templated soon. Promise. In the meantime, I guess you can hit Comment there and leave a comment in some strange, unmatching, MT-default-looking comment-y type box. Just to prove to me that "you" exist.

Ugh... I spent weeks trying to get everything set up right with MT. Most of the time it was problems with my directory structure and trying to find out how my host addresses things. But then, once that hurdle had been crossed and I got my site up the way I wanted it, I realized that I forgot completely about setting up the commenting and archiving features to match. So I just made a quickie solution to that dillema and have yet to go back and fix it all.
But at least it works, eh?

It's not that hard to customise your comments page -- I put mine together from the code fragments that were in the manual. I might cadge a few bits back in from the default page, like setting cookies so users don't have to type in their details all the time.
Oh, and you don't really need all the templates either, just one for the main page, one for archives and maybe three for doing comments.
