Camino?

Camino? Camino? They're renaming Chimera CAMINO? Like... Like... one of these?

Criminy. Camino indeed.

actually that's an el camino. camino means path in spanish which i think is a fitting name for a browser.

Fair enough, D. It will still always remind me of bizarre 70s hybrid vehicles sitting on frozen tundra ;)

I really don't mind the name (Though I like Camino more that iVoyage), but I really hope they'll use the name for the app.

If you take a look, the application doesn't actually use the name Chimera. The application is named "Navigator" and that's what appears on the dock, the startup screen, and in the Application menu.

I hope they change the icons as well. I don't really care for the either the cartoonish look they have (in that it's different then the standard Mac OS X cartoonish look) or that it's all so blue. And the Application icon in the dock just looks so dull and boring next to Safari, the iApps some adobe programs, and Acqusition (all of which either are put on that slight angle Apple uses, or has a very strong symbol)

Ok, enough griping, back to fixing my blog.
