War! What is it good for?

It's good for reminding me that I am technically an Irish Citizen by Descent and therefore entitled to an Irish passport.

Now. How do I start lobbying for domestic partner rights on the ol' Emerald Isle?

In Ireland? You don't. You might have better luck in Belgium or the Netherlands, and if you have Irish citizenship you'll have EU citizenship.
