What the hell?

Tonight on my way home, I found myself in the middle of some kind of freaky flash mob.

Strangely, though, I haven't seen a thing about it online. In the World Trade Center PATH Station, at around 7pm, there were a whole bunch of people standing around, cell phones pressed to their ears, reciting the Constitution.

Loudly.

At least, I think it was the Constitution. It could have been the Bill of Rights, I can't quite remember.

Anybody have any ideas about what the hell was going on? It was very bizarre.

that would be this: http://revbilly.com/ ... it's an anti-capitalism performance art sort of thing. sort of a neat idea, though i don't think it's executed as well as it could be. was it a compelling thing to witness? did it make any sense? i'm thinking it would be more meaningful if it was done in an environment where free speech is being stifled by corporate interests...not in a friggin PATH station.
