Uh oh, new demographic-o's!

Isn't it sad when an actress makes the leap from Playing One Of The Teenagers to Playing One Of The Parents?

I snickered when one of the gals from Grosse Pointe turned up on The OC to flirt with Peter Gallagher (way back in the heyday of Season One!), since it was always a running joke on that (unfortunately shortlived) show that the "high school students" were all played by actors pushing thirty.

But now *I* feel old, thanks to the latest casting spoilers for Veronica Mars. Another Buffy alum is joining the cast, playing Dick & Beaver's stepmom. Pics here, but don't click if you don't want to be spoiled.

At least now maybe I can convince a few more of my friends to watch VM. Sigh.

Hey, I'm watching it now. Even though my wife makes fun of me. If you had told me about it before the end of the season, we could have worked something out. I'm just sayin'.
Also, the Buffy alum in question is purty, but there's something about her that just doesn't look real. I can't put my finger on it, but I'm not 100% convinced she's not a robot.
Incidentally, the best thing about the LJ page you linked is the little user icon at the top. Heh. Hehe.
