Honest Abe
Someone else I went to high school with has bought a house. This has to stop. I have somehow managed to avoid having the "Dear, why is it that you live in a one-bedroom apartment but your phone message says 'Brian and Matt aren't here right now'?" conversation with my mom so far this holiday. This can continue. I ate too much food. This has to stop. I discovered that my brother and I see reeeeeally eye-to-eye on political issues and we can discuss them quite well. This can continue. I also discovered that my brother is growing some kind of weird Abe Lincoln-esque beard thing. THIS HAS TO STOP. p.s. Last night's West Wing was really good, wasn't it?? My parents' inability to watch anything without taping it has become rather useful.

I got some mail I didn't open / it's an un-read letter day
Suddenly out of nowhere I find myself working on five websites simultaneously! Well actually, working on 4. Because I don't do diddly squat with this one. The BF is getting antsy about finding some kind of shelving for our videotapes: once he goes over the edge and starts cataloging/alphabetizing maybe I'll work on joannou again. The other things I'm working on today (these links might not even work, they're all in progress!): dissing.org, camerondezen.com, starry vs. the baddies and that old standby / bill-payer feznyc.com. Yay me.
Tomorrow is the DDR Invitational in Chinatown (New York's Chinatown, that is. Ever notice how all asian districts in American cities are just called Chinatown? What's up with that?). I'm not sure if I feel up to going. I've been learning a fancy move for Dub I Dub in Another Mode but I'm not sure if it's ready to be unveiled to the public yet. Eeek.

Two weeks.
Two weeks of silence! Time flies when you're drunk at weddings. On the radio: Scooch. Too much work to do. Can't find my s-video cable. Loathe Radio Shack; ergo can't buy new one. Sad day hurt cry. Raining.
