I was rereading back issues of Lynn Peril's Mystery Date. There's lots of Jayne Mansfield info including this little tidbit on the back cover:
Mariska aka Maria is Jayne Mansfield's youngest daughter from her marriage to Mickey Hargitay (or more likely is the child of Jayne's affair with Nelson Sardelli).
Whooooooaaa!!! So I tell Brian, and we do a little research and, um, it's not a far fetched claim, now is it?
(Oh, and neither of us have any idea who Nelson Sardelli is)

I can only suggest for you to do a google search on nelson Sardelli.... you might be surprised.

But biology doesn't make a father. Mickey Hargitay is her father.
