So I'm watching a horribly (yet fascinatingly) dated 60s film with Genevieve Waite. Well, now Bijou Phillips suddenly makes a bit more sense. It's got nice location shots; I love old(er) films with city street scenes. And the soundtrack is by Rod McKuen!!
Which reminds me. The thrift store that I went to last week, the one in Gramercy, had a Rod McKuen section. OK, four books, but still! And he's STILL touring. Fantastic.
Dear lord, Donald Sutherland is playing a dopey, foppish, English aristocrat. "Let's all go to Morocco!"
This movie really is giving me decorating ideas. My next place is definitely going to have a 60s/70s European look.
