I made a fried egg and melted cheddar on marble rye toast sandwich for lunch. Mmmmm. No more bread now. Although soon I will have a bread machine at my disposal! And I think a Kitchen-Aid. And a rolling pin, thank heavens, cans of spray oil do not cut it, and OH COUNTER SPACE to roll out dough. I wonder if we will get a Passover invitation next month, I will make potato kugel!! I might add cheese, as I think the milchig/fleishig rules do not apply (i.e lasagne and pot roast served at the same meal), I can't remember if my family eats bread on passover or not (well, of course my mother and I do, our eating habits don't matter), I wouldn't be surprised as this is the ham on Passover family. And I will have three new babies to meet!! Maybe I should make baby booties. Or not.

Oh boy a Shop Rite that will have a huge kosher for Passover aisle MMMMMMMMACAROONS!!!

Not to self: don't eat the chocolate covered jelly rings but do eat the chocolate covered marshmallows
