(Haim Topol = Topol, right?)
update:
This morning there was a two hour special playing the music of Naomi Shemer. I left at 8.30, so I didn't hear what, if any, rendition of her most famous tune. Well, it was nice to hear female singers early in the morning on WFMU. That sure don't happen often on weekdays.
PS: yes, sazzerz, I know Topol is Chaim Topol but, does Haim = Chaim?
Posted by rosemary at June 27, 2004 11:13 PMI thought it was Chaim, but whatevs. Is he [a]sabra?
Posted by: Sally Topol on June 28, 2004 09:23 AMUH MUH G-H! Did you see the pop-up on the Haaretz site? For Anglo-Saxon realty, Israel's no. 1 apartment realtors???? How...something. I don't know if I have the vocabulary to properly describe it.
