bah, this Dover Say It in Yiddish book I found in my collection is useless. I need the word for pretty! I can guess what it might be thanks to my German. I finally figured out koyfn (sp?) which, well makes sense. I can understand colors and numbers. I wonder if I should have told that annoying lady "oy! What tsuris you are causing!"

should I quote prices in Yiddish? I think when I finnaly get real job, and have nothing to lose, I think I shall!
