Recipes by Kin Woo
These recipes are ludicrously easy, perfect for the busy Sinisterinie on the get-go, but uber-delicious all the same. Must acknowledge the supreme goddess of cooking that is Nigella Lawson, who has changed my perception of cooking and imbued me with a love for food and for cooking - cheers! :-)

Combine salmon, 500ml water, salt and some
lime zest. Poach salmon for 15 minutes in an oven at 180
degrees. After that is done, pour off liquid to keep.
Rice:
225g basmati rice
Ground coriander, cumin and turmeric
One onion, finely chopped
Wodge (precise, huh?) of butter and dash of vegetable oil.
Add 500ml of the liquid from the fish to the butter, oil, onions and rice. At low heat, mix all ingredients. Clamp lid until rice has absorbed all liquid (approx 15 minutes),.
Flake the salmon and mix with rice. Add 3 hardboiled eggs. Use lime juice, coriander and fish oil for seasoning.

Lyrics:
And she smells just like vanilla
If vanilla weren't so sweet
Cos she's salt and starch and everything harsh
And I think I'm falling with her
