Chocolate Brownies
Another sweets recipe from me. It's for brownies - but these are the best brownies I've ever had. This one has the same origins as the Andes Mint cookies, which is from Momma Snider. She's not my mother, but I'll adopt her if she can't ever find anyone else to make sugary things for. I'm kind like that.
Mix together really well:
1 cup butter (melted)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
Barely mix in:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
After barely mixed, stir in 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips. Spread in a 9"x13" pan, put chocolate chips on top (about another 1/2 cup). Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 32 minutes.
Peanut Butter Variation:
Before you start, mix 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup brown sugar and 1
egg, and spread that in the bottom the the pan. Then put the brownie
batter on top, and put some peanut butter chips in it along with the
chocolate chips. If you like peanut butter, this version is even
better than the original.
